Hatha Yoga Retreat
Designed on the ancient scripture of Gherand Sanhita, the retreat focuses on practice and learning of asanas with correct alignment, breathwork and gaze, which essentially leads to a correct hold of an asana deriving maximum benefits out of it without leading to any injuries. The focus here also is on use of props ( blocks, and straps ) to help attain the correct alignment and postures.

Special measures have and are being taken with regards to the ongoing pandemic, which includes strict monitoring of staff, restricted entry of any outsiders and daily cleaning and sanitization of rooms and work areas making it a perfectly safe and isolated environment for stay.

We provide an Ayurvedic immunity boosting package consisting of herbal mixes of medicinal plants (tirkut, trifla and giloy) and herbal potions prepared fresh from locally sourced products, separately and on request.

All meals prepared are fresh and using naturally grown ingredients, spices and oil.
